Hilton London Heathrow Airport Hotel Hillingdon

We loved our stay at this hotel. The location was incredibly convenient as the hotel was very near the airport and had free shuttle service to all terminals. The hotel was clean, had great facilities, and provided awesome service from helpful staff. Plus, we were able to set up a driver to give us a tour of London sights, which was amazing!

No negatives from this hotel. Everything was perfect and we would definitely recommend this place for anyone needing a relaxing start to their trip.

nice hotel, to the terminal 4 a few minutes to walk, good connection to the city center. staff is very friendly and attentive, especially at breakfast. good and rich breakfast buffet. we would love to come back!

Les chambres avaient la climatisation et les ventilateurs de plafond dans la partie inférieure gardaient la maison fraîche. Le patio arrière était un endroit agréable pour se détendre le soir. Internet était excellent dans toute la maison. Les hôtes étaient très gentils et réactifs. Ils ont réparé le ventilateur cassé rapidement. L'endroit était idéal pour un séjour de longue durée à un prix raisonnable.

La télévision avait parfois des problèmes de réception, mais nous avons principalement utilisé le streaming de toute façon.

Detail: Pool not deep enough. It would be necessary to remove the dust on the inner side of the facade because it is very visible from the bedroom window.

The best location to spend a night between flights.

I couldn't take a bath, there was no hot water, it was minus 3 degrees in London and we had just come from a full day's travel. I paid for a room to rest for four hours, I didn't even have breakfast.

Located near the airport, getting to Terminal 4 only takes a few minutes. the hotel sits next to the underground which allows for easy transportation to Terminal 2 or 3. The room is comfortable and functional with a particularly pleasant bed and breakfast. Bar staff are competent and enthusiastic in preparing cocktails with real flair.

The on-site Chinese restaurant is overpriced, overrated, and has poor service which detracts from the overall experience.

We were impressed with the convenient location of the hotel, just a few minutes from the airport terminal. We also loved the comfortable and stylish rooms, and the staff were friendly and helpful. we highly recommend this hotel for any traveler passing through Heathrow.

everything is great - at first i was sceptical about airport hotels, you can't say that at all -. great rooms, great pool - small, sufficient & fitness - very good equipment. resturant and bistro in the hotel - highest praise and if you only want to have a small breakfast, go over to terminal 4. with the picadilly line you are quickly in london. for me, again and again very gladly.

location of the room does not correspond to an executive room. one heard a lot about a service room nearby. dirty coffee cups in the room. bathroom a bit outdated.

I had a wonderful time at this place! The location is perfect for easy access to Terminal 4, which was super convenient for my early morning flight. The staff were absolutely delightful, always happy to help with any questions I had with a sincere and friendly manner. The room was well equipped with everything I needed, including a mini-bar, ironing facilities, and a soundproofed room which allowed me to relax well before my flight.

I would recommend this hotel to all.

I didn't like the fact that the bed has no sheets but a duvet cover. This usually makes you feel hot, uncovered, cold and then hot again. I understand that this is good for making the bed in a short time, but it is very bad for comfort. The hotel is too cold in design, it looks like part of the airport.

The bathroom floor was dirty. There were white spots and stains on the black floor, mainly in the corners of the room, as if somebody hadn't simply cleaned them. The carpet in the corridor made it difficult to move around with a large suitcase.

Convenient location for early morning airport travel, with a shuttle available to transport guests. Soundproofed and comfortable rooms, and fast elevators. Enjoyable coffee lounges, well-equipped gym, and a pleasant bar. Polite and attentive staff.

huge and very comfortable beds, very nice staff, clean and cozy rooms, no planes or tenants can be heard (quietly)

small swimming pool and open air (there is no ceiling above the half of it), people from upstairs from restaurants see the swimmers as if they were in the swimming pool, so I didn't take advantage of that, I regret it because I was tempted by the swimming pool when searching for a hotel reservation

The reception staff is very friendly, small but comfortable room, the health area sauna pool closes its doors at 18.30 on December 31st and at 18.00 on January 1st because it is "Bank holyday" which I think is unacceptable. The Asian restaurant only accepts guests if the bill is more than £20 per person, so it is impossible to dine on just one soup. breakfasts are expensive. The hotel is well located if you arrive or leave from terminal 4, the access through the tunnel to get there is quite remote and cold.

airport hotel with connections to all terminals. good sound insulation, airport noise cannot be heard. all comfort available. for breakfast there was a big choice.

comfortable bed and great breakfast buffet. on request they had soy and almond milk - important for allergy sufferers. feather-free blankets and pillows were also available.

especially the bathroom was not clean - hair, dirt, dirty edges - not worth the 4 stars! free wlan was not usable in my room - zero reception.
